I just recently moved to Durham, NC and I just received my first electric bill. In the bill it stated that Duke Energy is giving away 15 compact fluorescent light bulbs. All you have to do is see if you qualify for them on their website. I am not sure if this is a new thing or not but I like the word FREE so I snatched them right up!
