6/13 Tip of the Day: Which Newspaper Should I Buy?

I have had a lot of people locally in my area ask me this question lately:

What newspaper should I buy?

In Melbourne, we have 2 different newspapers that we can subscribe to or pick up at the local grocery store: Orlando Sentinel or the Florida Today.

My tip for today is to subscribe to or pick up the Orlando Sentinel ( if it is available in your area).

I have found that there are MORE coupons in the Orlando Sentinel and typically a HIGHER value of coupons!

As "Coupon Queens and Kings" :) we are determined to get our hands on as many coupons that we need to purchase items that our family needs and to get the highest value coupon available to us. 

One example: 

Last week in the Orlando Sentinel there was a $.75 off coupon for Excedrin 20 ct or larger. CVS hasd Excedrin for $.99 with $.99 in Extra Care Bucks back - FREE! Well with this coupon I made it a MONEYMAKER!! If I had gotten the Florida Today, I would be getting it for FREE which is awesome but a MONEYMAKER is even BETTER since this coupon was NOT in the Florida Today newspaper.
